Max Leveau COO of Forward Fooding
will talk about the challenges of the food system, how to define foodtech, with a few examples of startups that are developing interesting technologies

French citizen, long-time Londoner and now Italian resident. A business & marketing graduate, Max has been dipping his toes into the corporate world with communication & events management but quickly moved into tech.

After traveling around the world for a year, he spent four years at Google working on corporate partnerships and program management, before joining Forward Fooding back in 2016 as venture associate and now COO.

In his last 2 years at Google, Max has been working within the Google Cloud team, supporting large corporate organisations with their digital transformation efforts, by delivering numerous workshops & trainings across Europe.

As part of his role within Forward Fooding, Max regularly speaks about the AgriFoodTech ecosystem, most recently at the Xoogler (ex-Googler) London Investors meetup, at the Roma Startup Week as well at Deloitte’s FoodTech accelerator in Milan.

He’s also been giving lectures for the EIT FAN accelerator program on the topics of AgriFoodTech and corporate-startup collaboration as well as mentoring and supporting StartupBootcamp Foodtech’s startups with their business strategy on a regular basis.
